How long will it take to build and publish my site to the Internet?
Before you agree to let Archant build your website we will discuss the delivery date of the website and what’s needed to get the website live. Typically our delivery is within two weeks for websites that only consist of a few pages and around four to eight weeks for larger sites. Where delivery is critical e.g. a tradeshow or a new product launch, we will advise and confirm on our ability to meet any deadline.
Do I get a say in the design of my site?
Yes of course – all customers receive a design mock-up with appropriate time to comment and feedback. Our designers work closely with you to make sure the site will meet your requirements and that of customers.
If you build me a website - can I update it myself or do you do it?
All of our websites are simply and easily updatable – no particular web skills or even computer skills are required. Even so, we provide full training.
What about Photos?
We can provide stock images or use images you have, sometimes a combination of both. Remember you can always add your own photos later.
Can I have a gallery of images that get larger when people click on them?
Yes we have a brilliant Image Gallery module that provides this should you want to showcase your products, this is a very powerful feature for users , after all – a picture says a thousand words!
Can I put links to other sites?
Yes! Linking to other sites is good and straight forward.
Can you do animation?
We provide animations using ‘Flash’, and it allows for some stylish animations to add that extra something to tour site.
Can I put videos / music on my site?
Yes - we have a media module that allows for video or audio to be played from your website. Maybe you would like to provide video or audio downloads, or even sales – again we can provide all of these features.
Can you design a logo for me?
Yes! We will include text based logos as standard or we can even design and provide the artwork which can be used on letterheads and business cards!
Can I have a secure area on the site that only certain users can see?

I don’t have time to write the text or get photos for the website – can you help?
Writing content can be time consuming and difficulty our Business Class product is designed exactly for this situation. But whatever website you need don’t worry, we have specialists in-house who can write text for you – this still requires some consultation with you - but it is a quick and straightforward way to get started. Remember you can easily add or edit when you have more time.
